Each micro-training session incorporates insights from elite players, expert advice, inspiring videos, articles, self-applicable templates, practical drills for skill development, and interactive quizzes. Designed to be completed within 10 to 15 minutes, these fun sessions seamlessly integrate into the schedules of young players.
An integral feature of the app is gamification. Aligned with the Respect Your Talent ethos of nurturing and enhancing young players’ abilities, the app introduces a virtual token termed “Talent”. By engaging with training sessions and honing their skills, young players can accumulate these tokens, which can be redeemed for our exclusive Ambassador Sessions.

A large team of topical experts and world-class players created easy, short, gamified, and hands-on training sessions, having the talents and their concrete career challenges in mind.
